The existing building, which has remained unchanged to this day, has been modernized in detail, while maintaining a close commitment to the urban image in which it is located. The language, metrics and original materials of the openings have been maintained, and the interior is adapted to the experiences of today.
The interior partitioning was adapted to the rhythm of the elevation, making it imposing inside the building as well, while respecting the existing ceiling heights in the main areas.
In this way, the building's design is carried over into the interior of the dwellings.
